You were right to quit

Tracking didn't fail you. Your last app did.

01

It took too long

Search, scroll, adjust, repeat — every meal. The effort is why most people stop within two weeks.

02

You didn't trust the number

A textbook formula guesses your burn — and can be off by 10–15%. So the target never quite felt like yours.

03

It made you feel bad

Red “over budget” warnings, broken streaks, a scale that jumps overnight. A calorie cop, not a coach.

A different tracker

Fast enough to sustain. Honest enough to trust. Kind enough to stick with.

The effort

Log a repeat meal in two taps

Your usual dishes and foods sit one tap away — under five seconds for something you've eaten before. Logging stops being the reason you quit.

Real TDEE — back-calculated from your weight trend, with a confidence band
The proof · why the number's trustworthy

Your real TDEE, read back from your trend

A textbook formula only guesses your burn — and can be off by 10–15%. Our Macro back-calculates it from how your weight trend actually moves against what you logged, then re-fits it every week.

01A confidence band, not false precision
02Recalculates weekly as your trend moves
03Built on trend weight — never the daily scale
How the math works →

Questions

The honest answers.

Is the calorie number actually real?+
It's back-calculated from your real weight trend rather than guessed from a formula. Formula estimates vary 10–15% person to person; a trend regression reads your actual burn and re-fits it weekly, with a confidence band.
Do I have to make an account?+
No. The app opens straight to tracking, works offline, and keeps your data on-device. You can export everything to CSV whenever you want — there's no lock-in.
How big is the food database?+
Honestly, smaller than MyFitnessPal's today — we're pre-launch. What makes logging fast is that your repeat foods and custom foods are two taps away, and you can bring your own via CSV.
