Our Macro is a tracking and estimation tool for general wellness. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified professional. Calorie, macro, and TDEE figures are estimates. Talk to a professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise, especially if you have a health condition.

Using the app

You may use Our Macro for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't misuse the service — for example, by attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to it, or by using the AI features in a way that abuses our fair-use limits.

Your content

The data you enter is yours. You are responsible for it, and you can export or delete it at any time. You grant us only the limited permission needed to operate the features you use (for example, sending a meal photo to our AI service to return an estimate).

AI estimates

AI-generated estimates (from photos or descriptions) can be wrong, especially on portion size. Always review and correct them; they are starting points, not measurements.

Subscriptions

• Core features are free. Our Macro Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription that raises AI usage limits and adds premium features.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.

Availability & changes

We work to keep the app running but provide it “as is,” without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
